When installing Spellbook, you might encounter the following error. Troubleshooting steps vary depending on your operating system. Please refer to the appropriate guide below for either macOS or Windows:
macOS Guide
1. Click "Word."
2. Click "Preferences..."
3. Click "Privacy"
4. Click "Turn on optional connected experiences" and completely restart Word.
5. When you reopen Word, you should be able to access the Microsoft Add-In Store.
6. Follow the installation guide here to install Spellbook into your Microsoft Word account.
Windows Guide
1. Go to File > Options
2. Select 'Trust Center' and click on 'Trust Center Settings'
3. Select 'Privacy Options' and click on 'Privacy Settings'
4. Make sure the following boxes are checked. Then restart your Microsoft Word.
5. When you reopen Word, you should be able to access the Microsoft Add-In Store.
6. Follow the installation guide here to install Spellbook into your Microsoft Word account.
