Learn how to manage your Playbooks with four key actions: edit, clone, download, and delete. This article walks you through how to use each option and keep your Playbooks organized and up to date.
Manage Playbooks
1. Go to Playbooks
2. Select an existing Playbook you'd like to manage.
3. Click on the cog wheel icon.
Edit a Playbook
Click on edit and make changes to your rules.
Note: Only the creator of the Playbooks has the ability to edit the Playbook. If you'd like to edit someone else's Playbook, you will need to clone it first, then click edit.
Clone a Playbook
Click on clone to make a copy of the existing Playbook.
Download a Playbook
Click on download to download an excel file of the Playbook.
Delete a Playbook
Click on delete to delete and remove a Playbook from your account. Spellbook will ask you to confirm the deletion. This cannot be undone.
This will delete the Playbook from anyone who has access as well.
