How to Transfer the Ownership of a Playbook

Playbooks by default are only available to be edited and changed by the creator/author of the playbook. At this time it is limited to one creator per playbook.

However, you can always transfer a playbook to another team member for them to become the owner and take ownership over edits and updates.

How to Transfer the Ownership of a Playbook

1. To transfer the ownership of a Playbook, Click "Review"

2. Click "Playbooks"

3. Playbooks by default are only available to be edited and changed by the creator/author of the playbook. At this time it is limited to one creator per playbook.

However, you can always transfer a playbook to another team member for them to become the owner and take ownership over edits and updates. All you need to do is go to the gear icon and click "Transfer"

4. Then type in the email of the team member you want to transfer it to. Note - they must be an existing Spellbook user to have a playbook transferred to them.
