Summarize Redlines

Use Summarize Redlines to show what's changed in your document and why it matters. You can use this feature to jump to, accept, or reject edits—all in one place.

1. Click the '>' key to show more features.

2. Click "Summarize Redlines"

3. Choose your representing party. Then click "Start."

4. Hover over a description to click the Arrow; this will "Show target text in document"

5. Click "Accept changes" to blackline the redlined changes in the document

6. Click "Reject changes" to revert the text back to the original

7. Click "Copy All" to get a summary of the suggestions and their changes, along with descriptions, to paste in a blank document or email
