Proofread is a dedicated review lens in Spellbook that focuses exclusively on contract cleanup tasks, like definitions, section references, template placeholders, grammar, etc.
1. Click the "Review" tab
2. Click Proofread
3. Customize the party (option) and jurisdiction.
4. Click "Start."
5. When the review has finished, all revisions/comments will be listed down below.
6. Click on the settings icon to adjust revise settings.
Revisions: Toggle to show all revisions
Comments: Toggle to show all comments
Audience: Adjust the audience of comments
Expand all issues: Expands all revision suggestions
Tracked Changes: Toggle on to apply revisions as redlines
7. Click into the revision to expand it.
8. Click the pencil icon to make any manual changes to the revisions.
9. If you'd like to add a comment, click "Add Comment."
10. The following options are available:
Show: To view where in the document the revision will be applied.
Dismiss: To reject the revision.
Apply: To accept and apply the revision to your document at the recommended location.
