Spellbook Library Integrations

As part of the Library feature, you can connect to different Cloud Storage Services to upload documents into your Library.

Please note: You must login into these Cloud Storage Services with the same email associated with your Spellbook account.

If your accounts have a different emails, the easiest way to transfer files would be to download the files and manually upload them into Spellbook by clicking the Upload from your Computer option in Library.


Connect Library Integrations

There are two ways to access the Library integrations.

1. Go to the Spellbook Icon > Integrations

This will direct you to a page where you can connect to each integration.

2. The second way is through Library. Click on the Spellbook Icon > Library

Click on New Folder to access the integrations there.


From this point forward, you can choose to:

5. Click "Connect"


Connect to OneDrive

1. Click "Connect to OneDrive"

2. Sign in to your OneDrive account.

3. This will take you to your OneDrive, where you can select the files you'd like to upload into Spellbook.


Connect to Dropbox

1. Click "Connect to Dropbox"

2. This will direct you to a page where you can sign into your Dropbox account and select the files you'd like to upload.


Connect to SharePoint

1. Click "Connect to SharePoint"

2. Sign in to SharePoint

3. Select a SharePoint site to connect your Library to, and click "Continue"

4. In the SharePoint menu, select the files you'd like to transfer and click "Select." This will automatically create a new folder in your Library.

Connect to Google Drive

1. Click "Connect to Google Drive"

2. Sign in to your Google Drive account and click "Next."

3. Click "Allow"

4. There will be a confirmation that the connection is successful. You can close this window.

5. Click "Connect to Google Drive" again.

6. Your Google Drive will pop up, where you can select the folders and documents you'd like to transfer over. Click "Select" when you're ready, and this will automatically create a folder for you in your Library.


Connect to iManage

1. Click "Connect to iManage."

2. Click on Connect, and it will direct you to a webpage where you can sign in.
