Use Playbooks to easily save and reuse specific instructions for how you want Spellbook to review or revise a document.

You can use Playbooks to:

  • Save time if you’re repeating actions on the same type of document (i.e., looking for the same terms or considerations)

  • Easily access complex or specific instructions so you don’t have to type it out again every time

  • Save Custom Review instructions you’ve run

1. Begin in the Assistant tab and click "Review"

2. Click "New Playbook" on the bottom left.

3. Enter the title of your Playbook.

4. Add your prompt to the Instructions text-box.

5. Click "Save"

OR

1. Scroll down to the Custom Review Spell

2. Add your review prompt in the Custom Instructions text-box.

3. Hit Start Review to begin turning it into a playbook.

4. When the Review runs, you will see the "Save as Playbook" button underneath your prompt.

5. Once clicked, it will automatically title the Playbook based on the instructions.

6. To view your Playbooks and use them, begin on the assistant tab and click "Review"

7. Scroll down until you see the Playbooks you have saved.

8. Select the one you need, choose your markup type and representing party, then click "Start Review".

9. You can also edit the name and instructions of the Playbook by clicking the Pencil icon next to the title.
