When to Use Playbooks for Document Reviews:
Playbooks are intended to run a set of automated checks against the document. You can set up specific things you want Spellbook to review documents for and use your existing document specific playbooks as a guide for what you want Spellbook to do.
You can use Playbooks for:
Running reviews of documents based on very specific requirements you want to check for
To ensure the team is following the same set of rules/preferred stances for similar document types
Do a more thorough document analysis
How to Use Playbooks in Spellbook:
1. Click "Review"
2. Click "Playbooks"
3. If you don't already have a Playbook, click "Start" to access Spellbook's library of Playbooks.
4. Click on the Playbook you'd like to run. Spellbook will automatically suggestion one that is most relevant to your current document.
5. Click "Run this Playbook" to start running the review
6. There will be two tabs while you're running the playbook: Rules and Questions.
The Questions tab answers questions about your document. Ex. Does the agreement include an order form?
7. Spellbook will provide answers to the questions, while also providing references (appears at numbered bubbles). This will allow you to jump to the portion of the document where Spellbook is pulling that information from.
8. The Rules tab is where all the suggestions and reviews will be.
9. Anything with a green check mark indicates that the rule has been passed.
10. You can enter into any of the rules to understand why they passed or failed. Spellbook will provide AI Reasoning, where it will provide references, so you can follow it's work.
11. Anything with a red circle indicates that the rule failed.
12. Similar to the passed rules, you can click into "Why Did This Fail?" to see what the rule failed.
13. Click "Add Language" to see Spellbook's suggestions
14. Click the target icon to jump to the portion in your document where the change will be applied.
15. You can also copy the suggestion to your clipboard by clicking the icon next to the target.
16. Click "Insert" if you'd like to insert the changes to your document.
17. You can also export this Playbook by clicking the export button on the bottom right.
18. Spellbook will create a summary of the Playbook for you, which you can download or share via email.
19. You can also clone or download your current Playbook by clicking on the cogwheel next to the Questions tab.
