1. Click the '>' button on the right side of Spellbook to open up the 'More Spells' menu. Then click on "Draft New Document."
2. Type in what kind of document you'd like Spellbook Draft (ex. NDA, MSA, Lease Agreement, etc.), and specify what jurisdiction you'd like this document to be created under.
In the textbox beneath, you can specify any additional instructions or details you'd like to include within this draft.
Once you're happy with everything, click on "Start."
3. The generated outline will list out your parties and clauses. You can add new parties or clauses by clicking on "Add Party" or "Add Clauses" respectively.
Filling out all parties and clauses are optional. If no details are entered, Spellbook will draft the document with placeholder language in the meantime.
4. Click "Generate Document" when you're happy with everything.
5. Spellbook will take a couple of minutes to draft everything. You can review all the information within the preview.
6. If everything looks good, click on "Insert All" to insert the draft into your document.
⚠️ When clicking on "Insert All," this will overwrite anything that is currently within your open document.
It is recommended that you run this feature on a blank document, so no previous work is lost.
