How to Use Ask Tools

1. In the Ask tab, Click "Tools" to select alternate functions.

2. Toggle "Library search" to search for clauses from the Clause Library

3. Type your query and click the arrow to search. For example: "find a confidentiality clause for an MSA"

4. The chat will automatically search your library and find relevant clauses that you can copy and paste into your document

5. Toggle "Web search" to extract information from online webpages (please validate the accuracy of data provided by AI tools)

6. Type your query and click the arrow to search. For example: "tell me about Ontario tax laws for 2025"

7. Spellbook intelligently searches the web for relevant information and provides clear, sourced answers — complete with inline citations so you can quickly confirm the accuracy of every response.

8. The Prompts button lets you create and reuse custom prompts in Ask, making it easy to run your favourite instructions again and again.

9. To create one, click the plus(+) icon in the top right corner

10. To use a Prompt, click on it, then click "Use Prompt"
