Proofreading is a dedicated review lens in Spellbook that focuses exclusively on contract cleanup tasks, like definitions, section references, template placeholders, grammar, etc.

1. Click "Review"

2. Click on the dropdown to switch over to proofreading

3. Select the jurisdiction you'd like to proofread the document under.

4. The markup settings in the corner will allow you to edit your revision preferences.

5. Click "Start" to begin the proofread.

6. When revisions appear, you can click on the pencil icon to edit any revisions or comments, if needed.

7. Click "Show" to jump to the portion of the document where the revisions/comments will be applied.

8. Click "Dismiss" if you want to dismiss that revision/comment.

9. Click "Apply" to apply the revisions/comments

10. There is the option to "Apply All" revisions when the review has complete.

11. The settings icon in the corner will allow you to edit the markup settings.
