Data Retention from Trial to Paid Subscription

M
Written by Mustafa Jamal

Your ability to access projects and account data in Spellbook depends on your subscription status. This includes whether you are on a trial, have an active subscription, or are resubscribing after a lapse.

Trial Period Specifics

During the trial period, you have full access to create and manage projects. However, once the trial ends, your projects become inaccessible unless you upgrade to a paid plan. To avoid losing access to important documents, ensure you download any necessary files before the trial expires.

Resubscription and Data Recovery

If you decide to resubscribe to Spellbook after a period of inactivity, your previous account information and data will become available again. This ensures that you can pick up where you left off without losing any progress.

Upgrading to a Paid Plan

When you upgrade from a trial to a paid plan, your previous projects will reappear in your account. This transition ensures continuity and allows you to seamlessly continue working on your projects. By understanding these scenarios, you can make informed decisions about managing your Spellbook subscription and ensure uninterrupted access to your projects and data.
