Why Would I Want to Find & Reuse the Custom Benchmark Standards?
Speed Up Your Reviews - make it easier to analyze your documents against set rules and requirements you know and trust
Easy Spot Check - particularly on third-party documents, this is a helpful spot check to see what's missing based on your requirements or rules
Avoid Repetitive Tasks - quickly pull up the Custom Benchmark Standard you want to use without creating a new one each time. This can save you and your team time on future documents.
Stay Consistent Across the Org - this allows you and your team to review documents against the same rules and requirements set out by your organization to ensure you're upholding the requirements for the organization.
How to Find & Reuse Custom Benchmark Standards
1. Click "Benchmark"
2. By default, Spellbook will pre-load Benchmark with the standard it thinks is the best fit for the document you have open. But to find and repurpose a custom Benchmark Standard you or your team has created in the past, click "More Standards"
3. Click "Team Standards". This is where all custom standards created by yourself and your team members on Spellbook will be.
4. You can scroll through to find it or use the search bar to search for the exact Custom Standard you're looking for.
5. When you find the one you want to use, click on it and it will instantly start running for you.
