1. To go to Playbooks, Click "Review"
2. Click "Playbooks"
3. Click the + Button to create a new playbook
4. You can create a playbook based on a description of what you would like the playbook to cover. To do so, click Create Playbook and then select Describe a Playbook
5. You can then type in exactly what you want this Playbook to be. Be as specific as possible about which document the playbook is for, which side it should be favourable to, any jurisdictional requirements and any other specifics you want to have included. Type it in plain language like you're explaining your request to an assistant.
6. You can then click "Create Playbook" and Spellbook will start generating a playbook with rules based on your instructions.
7. It will take a few moments to load and when it does, you can review the rules, give it a title and adjust the access if you want it to be personal - only accessible for you, or Organization - which is accessible by any team members who want to use it.
8. You can then review and edit any of the rules generated by clicking on the rule.
9. You can change any of the rules and preferred language as you're doing the review of the Playbook.
10. You can also add Fallback positions by clicking on the "Fallback Position" icon
11. Type in whatever the fallback position should be for this rule and then save it.
12. You can also enhance the rule by clicking on the "Enhance Rule" icon and Spellbook will further refine the rule.
13. When you're happy with the Playbook, click Save.
