How to Create a Playbook from a Model Document or Existing Playbook

1. Click "Playbooks"

2. Click the + Button to create a new playbook

3. Click "From a Document"

4. Click "Upload a Model Document."

5. Select the document you want to upload. You can select any Word doc or PDF format documents for this model/template document.

6. Once you've uploaded the model document you want to use, you can provide details on how you want Spellbook to create a playbook based on this model document.
You can define if you want the Playbook to be favourable for a certain party or even the jurisdiction it should be applicable under.

7. Click "Create Playbook" to create the playbook from your model/template document.

8. Spellbook will then generate a playbook for you based on the document you provided and you can add a Title and description to clearly label the playbook you're creating.

9. You can select if you want this playbook only visible for you by adjusting the access to be Personal, or make it available for your colleagues to see and use by selecting Organization.

10. Review any of the rules that have been generated for you and make edits by clicking on the rule

11. You can add any fallback positions.

12. You can also add any risk levels.

13. You can also add internal "Reviewer Notes" which are helpful for outlining any internal messages you'd want the team to see when reviewing this rule. For example if certain criteria will require additional approval or escalation.

14. You can also add suggested comments, by clicking on the 3 dots under a rule and selecting Suggested Comment to add in specific language you'd want to use for comments based on the rule.

15. Once you're happy with all the rules, click "Save"
