4. Give Spellbook the prompt based on your needs. One great prompt for this could be:
"You are a transactional lawyer preparing a legal due diligence report for an [INSERT RELEVANT PROJECT TYPE] project. The goal is to identify material legal risks and summarize key findings from the provided documents.
Objective: Draft a concise, professional Due Diligence Report that:
Summarizes material findings and issues for the client.
Categorizes findings by legal area (e.g., Corporate, Real Estate, Regulatory, Contracts, Litigation).
Flags high-risk items and suggests recommended actions or mitigations.
Includes cross-references to the relevant document name and section.
Input Documents: (You can include or link the relevant files below, grouped by category — see examples in Section 2.)
Output Requirements:
Use clear headings (e.g., “1. Corporate,” “2. Real Estate,” etc.).
Use bullet points for individual findings.
For each finding, include:
Finding: what was identified
Risk Level: High / Medium / Low
Impact: why it matters
Recommendation: what action to take
Source Document: reference name or citation
End with a Summary of Key Risks table.
Tone: Professional, concise, and analytical — similar to a law firm due diligence report for a client."
