How to use Spellbook to Revise & Improve NDA Templates

1. Use Associate to revise your NDA template, click start a project from scratch

2. Upload your NDA template and any relevant reference documents (your NDA playbook, relevant feedback from your client, etc)

3. Click "Upload files and continue"

4. Type your instruction for Spellbook to revise your NDA template based on an existing playbook or type out instructions for how you want the template revised.

Use a prompt like:
​"Revise my NDA template based on the attached NDA playbook"

5. To improve your prompt, click the "Enhance" button

6. Click the Go Arrow to start revising your template NDA based on the reference documents or instructions

7. Spellbook will give you a plan, if you're happy with the plan click Start

8. You can see the document being edited by clicking on it

9. Click Show Changes to see the changes being applied to revise the NDA based on the reference documents or instructions you gave

10. To immediately accept the revisions click Accept All

11. Download the revised NDA template

12. You can then further review and improve the NDA draft by opening the document with Spellbook's Word Add-In and running a Review on it. Click the Review button.

13. Select the review you'd like to run, but the best option in this case is a Negotiate Review

14. Click "Negotiate"

15. Select the party you represent and the jurisdiction then click Start.

16. Spellbook will then give suggestions for how to improve the document. You can review these suggestions and choose to apply the revision by clicking Apply.

17. To save time with this review process and review the revised NDA draft against your standards, you can use Playbooks in the Spellbook Word Add-In.

18. Select the appropriate Playbook for the document (or create your own)

19. Click "Run this Playbook"

20. Based on the rules of the playbook that pass or don't pass, Spellbook will give suggestions for what to adjust to meet your standards.

21. You can apply the changes by clicking into any failed rules and clicking Add Language.

22. Insert the suggested changes by clicking Insert
