How to Create a Playbook with Manually Added Rules

1. Click "Playbooks"

2. Click the + Button to create a new playbook.

3. Click "Start From Scratch"

4. You can now add as many rules and requirements as you like. Simply click "Add Rule"

5. You can then type in any rules and requirements you have for the document type.

6. You can add up to 3 Fallback position by selecting the "Add a Fallback position" icon under a rule and typing in whatever the fallback position should be for the rule/requirement.

7. Instead of Fallback Positions, you can Risk Levels (Low, Medium, High) by selecting the "Add Risk Levels" icon under a rule and typing in whatever the Risk Levels suit your rule.

8. You can also add preferred language you'd like to use when enforcing the rule, by clicking the 3 dots under the rule, then selecting "Preferred Language"

9. You can then type in whatever preferred language or clause language you'd like to use.

10. You can even generate a rule based on a section of a document you have open. Simply select a portion of the document and select the Suggest A Rule from Selected Text option.

This will prompt Spellbook to create a rule based on the section of the document you've highlighted.

11. You can also use Spellbook to suggest additional rules to add, by clicking the "Suggest Rules from Current Document" button. This will populate additional rules that might be relevant based on the document you have open.

12. You can select the "Chat with AI" button at any time when creating rules.

A chat window will pop-up, where you can discuss your rules, ask for changes or remove them.

13. When you're happy with your playbook, click "Publish".

You'll be prompted with a message asking if you're sure you're ready to publish this. If you're happy to move forward, select "Confirm".

14. You can easily find any playbooks you've created again, by going back to My Playbooks. You'll be able to switch between your own playbooks or Spellbook's (out of the box playbooks ready to use). Any Playbooks created by you or your team will be available under My Playbooks.

15. You can also leverage the Search feature to search through your Playbooks to find the right playbook for you.
