Spellbook is only available as a Microsoft Word add-in and does not have a standalone desktop application.

1. On the "Home" tab of Word, click the far right icon labelled "Add-ins".

If your MS Word store is disabled and you need assistance to enable it, please refer to the guide here.

2. Click "More Add-ins"

3. Search for 'Spellbook' in the Add-ins store, and click into Spellbook when it pops up.

4. Click 'Add' to install the Spellbook add-in.

5. Click "Spellbook" to open it up

6. Click 'Create your account' to begin the registration process.

If you already have an existing account tied to an existing email, you can skip to Step 8.

7. Fill in your details and click on 'Continue.'

You can also continue with your Google or Microsoft account instead, if that's easier.

​Go to Step 9.

8. Click 'Sign in' to use an existing account, and sign in when prompted.

​Note: You must use an existing email that you've registered with before. If you are using a new email, you will need to click on 'Create Your Account.'

9. Click 'Accept and Continue' to proceed with license activation.

10. Enter in your license key and click 'Activate' to finish the setup.
