Spellbook Integrations: Import Files from OneDrive, Dropbox, SharePoint, and Google Drive

Connect Spellbook to OneDrive, Dropbox, Sharepoint, or Google Drive to upload files into your Library.

As part of the Library feature, you can connect to different Cloud Storage Services to upload documents into your Library.

Please note: You must login into these Cloud Storage Services with the same email associated with your Spellbook account.

If your accounts have a different emails, the easiest way to transfer files would be to download the files and manually upload them into Spellbook by clicking the "Upload from your computer" option in the Library.


How to Connect Spellbook to Your Cloud Cloud Storage Services

Follow steps 1-3, and then you can choose to:

1. Click the settings icon (Spellbook icon on top left)

2. Click "Library"

3. Click "New Folder"

From this point forward, you can choose to:


Connect to OneDrive

4. Click "Connect to OneDrive"

5. Sign in to your OneDrive account.

6. This will take you to your OneDrive, where you can select the files you'd like to upload into Spellbook.


Connect to Dropbox

7. Click "Connect to Dropbox"

8. This will direct you to a page where you can sign into your Dropbox account and select the files you'd like to upload.


Connect to SharePoint

10. Click "Connect to SharePoint"

11. Sign in to SharePoint

12. Select a SharePoint site to connect your Library to, and click "Continue"

13. In the SharePoint menu, select the files you'd like to transfer and click "Select." This will automatically create a new folder in your Library.


Connect to Google Drive

14. Click "Connect to Google Drive"

15. Sign in to your Google Drive account and click "Next."

16. Click "Allow"

17. There will be a confirmation that the connection is successful. You can close this window.

18. Click "Connect to Google Drive" again.

19. Your Google Drive will pop up, where you can select the folders and documents you'd like to transfer over. Click "Select" when you're ready, and this will automatically create a folder for you in your Library.


Uploading Files Directly from your Computer

20. Click "Upload from your Computer"

21. This will automatically make a new folder for you. Click the 'upload' button to upload files into the folder.

22. Select the files you'd like to upload and click 'upload' to store them into the Library.
