Why Use Custom Review
Custom Review is great for reviewing your document with specific context or prompts in mind. It will review only what it tells you to and gets more detailed than a general review.
How to Use Custom Review
1. Click on Custom Review under the Review tab.
2. You can select the party that you're representing.
3. You can also select the jurisdiction you'd like the document to be reviewed under.
4. Type in any specific instructions you have for how you want the document reviewed. Think of this like giving instructions to an assistant for exactly what you want them to look for.
5. You can also click on the bookmark icon to access your previously saved prompts.
6. The prompt window will open up where you can access all your prompts. Or you can create a new prompt by clicking on the '+' icon.
7. Click "Review Settings" to modify any revision settings
Toggle "Show revisions" or "Show comments" if you'd like to implement revisions or comments into your document.
Toggle "Use tracked changes" if you'd like Spellbook to redline revisions for you.
8. Select the review depth to adjust how many issues you'd like flagged.
Light Markup: Flag only critical issues
Standard Markup: Balanced review of important and notable issues
Heavy Markup: Flag everything, including minor and phrasing issues
9. Click "Enhance prompt" if you need assistance with prompting.
10. Click "Start" to run the review
11. You can also save these custom review instructions by clicking on the bookmark in the top of the prompt and it will save these instructions.
12. Down below, you will see reasoning as to why that issue was flagged.
13. Any revisions or comments flagged can be edited by using the pencil icon.
14. Once Review suggestions appear, click "show" to see where in the document it applies.
15. To insert the suggestion, click "Apply"
