What Are Organization Profiles:
Organization Profiles allow you to set up context profiles within Associate to tailor the output and project work you do. This allows Associate to better understand your needs and preferences without having to define them with every project you work on.

Why Set Up Profiles:

  • Get more tailored output from Spellbook based on your preference and context provided

  • Avoid having to continue to include context in your prompts when using Associate

  • To set up language or regional preference to ensure output is always in the preferred language

How to Use Organization Profiles in Associate

1. To set up your Organization Profile in Associate, click "Account"

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Organization Profile"

4. Then you can set up your company, region or department profile. Click "Create Profile"

5. Fill in any details about your organization and this specific department or region. For Organization name.

We recommend using your Company Name + {Regional OR Department} for naming structures to keep it simple. For example something like, ABC Law - Employment Group

6. Click "Next"

7. You can then fill in Business Context to help Associate make tailored suggestions based on your preferences or business focus.

8. You can type in a description of the focus/goal of your organization, and if you're creating a profile for a particular region or group within your organization, include any details on what they are focusing on and prioritizing.

The more context you provide, the better the output and analysis fromAssociate.

9. Click "Next"

10. You can then provide any regulatory preferences that you want carried into every project you work on with Associate. This eliminates the need to keep providing this context with every project.

11. Under "Other information," this is where you can specify language or output requirements. For example, certain regions might prefer output in their language, this is where you can dedicate this.

12. Click "Create Profile"

13. You will then get a confirmation window to explain the profile created for you. Click "Done"

14. Now you can get started with projects in Associate and the context will automatically apply. Click New Project to get started.

15. You can easily create multiple profiles by repeating the steps above and you can switch between the default profile you prefer by going to your Settings.

16. You will be able to see what profile you're on at the top of every project. This is also where you can switch between profiles should you need to.

17. Simply click on the company profile and select the other profile you'd like to work on your project from.
