What are Associate Templates?
Associate Templates, accessible via the "Use a Template" option on the homepage, allows you to make and use templates for commonly used workflows in Associate. Easily setup prompts and files to run in Associate within minutes to streamline processes and save time.

How to Use Associate Templates
1. Go to Associate's Homepage (via the website or desktop app), and select "Use a Template" to get started with templated workflows.
2. There will be out-of-the-box templates readily available from Spellbook's library that you can use for common workflows.
You can use the search bar to look for a specific template.
3. Or click a pre-loaded template to use it.
4. Once you've opened up a template, you can click "Use Template" to use it.
5. This will create a new project, where you can upload files by clicking on the '+' button.
6. Once your files are uploaded, click on the arrow key to start the prompt.
7. On the "Template" page, you can also click on the Play icon to quick start a new project with the selected template.
8. You can make your own templates, by click on the '+' button on the template page next to the search bar.
9. Enter the name, description, and prompt of your template and upload any relevant files. Once complete, click on "Create Template."
10. All personal templates will now live in the "Template" homepage. Your templates will be marked with a wrench icon.
Spellbook's out-of-the-box templates will be marked with the Spellbook icon.
11. You can edit any of your personal template by clicking the pencil icon.
12. Or quick start the project by clicking the Play icon.
