We've updated Associate's home screen designed to make it even easier to use for multi-document workflows.
The updated experience makes it easier to get started right from the home screen, including:
A simpler way to create projects immediately
Quick-start buttons that pre-fill a prompt for you (so you can just plug in your details and go)
Using Associate's New UX
1. Sign into Associate at https://associate.spellbook.legal/
You can now quickly get started from the home screen and start your chat to ask questions or prompt Associate for the task you'd like it to complete for you.
2. You can quickly access your Clause Library from the Library tab
3. Use your pre-saved prompts by clicking "Prompts"
4. Leverage the quick start buttons to have Associate get started on the activities you need:
Edit Documents - use this to quickly edit and revise documents with Associate
Draft From Precedent - use this to revise a precedent or template document or draft a new document based on precedents or reference files
Review Table - use this to quickly generate a table based on the items you want to review within the documents
Summarize Redlines - use this to get a quick summary of any redlines in the documents you upload
Compare Substantive Differences - use this to do document comparisons across multiple documents at once
5. To upload files, click "Add Files"
6. Click "Upload files" and select the files you want to work on
7. Then type in the instructions for how you want Associate to work with the file. Think of this like telling an assistant what you'd like them to do for you, be clear about what you want and need it to give you as an output.
8. When you're ready to run your instructions, click the blue arrow to run the prompt
9. It will then take you to a project screen where Associate will give you it's plan for how it will work on this document and you can get started by clicking Start
10. Go back to the home page by clicking the sidebar
11. And click on the Spellbook icon to return to home
12. You can also access your previous project in the side panel of the screen
13. If you ever have questions or need assistance, click "Help" to chat with our Support team and see our help articles for more resources
